I had the garage door completely replaced. Hollis arrived on time, with advanced notice. Professional, efficient, competent, but the install took MUCH longer than I had anticipated. Apparently, longer than he expected, as well. There was a problem, but he eventually completed the installation. Showed me how to use it. Done. (If it sounds like I am disgruntled, it's because my HOA required me to replace a working, presentable garage door. So it's not you.....)

Had my remote working in 1 minute...then I bought a transfer warranty for my Marantec opener solely on the demeanor/personality of the technician Jon Topping. Nice guy...trusted him completely with info he provided. The previous night's phone call for service had the phone tech willing to walk me thru the remote programming...but I opted for the in-person tech. Stellar service!! Thanks!
