Mario was very professional and mannerly. Explained what he would be doing and allowed me to ask question. While he was there my sister slid to the floor and I asked if he could assist me in putting her in a chair he helped me. Not really part of his job but seemed ready to assist. I would recommend him highly. Thank you for a job well done.

Good technician Worked quicky and efficiently Pricing needs to be more transparent There was an extra $89.95 on my bill that was not discussed- also a random $15 charge too. There was another $100 for a bearing never mentioned when I called either.
