Well, I'm not sure why the services was stated for a broken garage door spring repair. It was for the backup battery failure. The service tech, Mario was great. He explained what had happened with the battery and also replaced the rubber on the bottom of the door. There is, however, an issue with my "Lifetime Warranty" on my door and equipment. I will be calling the office to check on that.

We talked with a couple different vendors in San Diego north county area and by far, Precision had the best price for what I was looking for. I purchased my garage door 12 years ago. Mark Davidson had left his card when the door was installed so I called him when I needed service. He answered his phone although he had just stepped off the plane in Boston. He said he would notify the office and have someone contact me. I was contacted that afternoon and we made an appointment for the next morning! I am impressed with the excellent service. Josh Jackson was knowledgeable and friendly. Our garage door had an opener on it, but at some point it had gotten broken and then we removed it. We had gotten used to manually opening the door with the handle. We recently had new neighbors move in all around us and we decided to invest in a new opener. It was an easy process. I called, they set an appointment and Greg came out bright and early the next morning. Really nice guy. He explained everything and gave me a pad for the outside as a gift. James came the same day with a smile and installed the opener. The door closes so quiet! I can’t even hear it! It is such a blessing. I wasn’t expecting to be so excited over a garage door, but I open and close it for all of my friends. Sounds corny, but it’s true!
