Could not ask for a more professional company, Precision of San Diego, and the sales representative, Greg Burnes, to help going through the selection process of buying a new garage door that is what you want, not simply what is company wants to sell you! We were shown a number of different options to customize our door to our likes and needs. Greg went through the pros and cons of each selection, and the cost difference of each choice. There was no "high pressure" sales tactics used to try and guilt us into buying something that we did not need or want. It was a pleasure to work with Greg to get a new door. Precision of San Diego is a company that I can highly recommend to anyone.

Attendant was very nice and very knowledgeable. He said the issue of the door getting stuck could be cobwebs on the censor. He cleaned those and checked the door and remotes and lubed the door. I said I would call back if the door hit stuck again

Garage door spring broke Saturday night leaving me kind of trapped in the garage. Called Sunday morning and precision had Pedro come out later that day. technician Pedro was very professional and convinced me my 40 something year old door needed pretty much a whole rebuild. A little more than I expected to pay for a spring repair, but way worth it. Now the old door works like brand new and should be trouble free for many years to come. I would not hesitate to call precision doors again if I had a problem.

Absolutely fantastic! Found problem, gave me three estimates for fix, fix with maintenance, and fix with maintenance plus roller replacement. Also, gave recommendations to avoid problem and to schedule regular maintenance. I like that. I did the whole she-bang. Came at early end of estimated time, sent heads up text on his way, super friendly and personable. Checked everything couple times to be sure everything worked. Asked permission to take pictures. Great, awesome, brilliant!

I really have to say that I am very impressed with the service I received. I called to see if a technician could look at my problem on a Sunday. Imagine my surprise when he showed up that day. He was very efficient, professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable and fixed my problem easily. He didn’t try to upswell me on anything which I greatly appreciated.
