Justin our technician did a excellent job on our garage door. It was very challenging for him as our garage door is an old wood 8'x10' door. The door would not stay up at all. had to prop it up. He installed new springs and made the proper adjustments and the door works fine. We also had a new garage opener (Precision Synergy 3708 belt drive)installed. It works great, very quite!! Glides very smooth. Justin was very friendly, polite and was wearing a mask. He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do. Tech Chasen Leone provided 3 options from least expensive to most expensive, and I chose the third option because it provided the best solution to replace a twenty year old model with worn parts, not to mention a broken spring. Every option was spelled out to the penny and explained to my satisfaction. Chasen was energetic despite it being the last appointment of the day, and he did a superb job in the timeframe he predicted. I am very pleased with the new motor and it’s quiet operation. I will continue to have Precision maintain it over its lifetime. Will recommend Precision to others in need of garage door repair or replacement.
