I was told the installer would arrive between 8am and 10am he gave me a 15-minute notice and showed up right at 8 a.m. ripped out the old heavy door installed new with garage door opener and pulled out of here under 4 hours I am very impressed! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous...2 thumbs up!!

I previously used Precision and was favorably impressed. Same experience today. I received a call ahead to notify me of arrival time which was within the window. The issue involved replacement of the lifting spring. The door was balanced. Lubrication where needed. The door now operates smoothly. Everything was communicated to me very well.

Jonathan is really knowledgeable guy. He figured out the problem and fixed pretty quick. Explained what needs to be done. Offered 3 different ways how to do it, how long it will take each of them, cost and warranties of the company he represent. After I accepted his suggestions he started work and I realized how good he knows his job. It was really pleasure to deal with company (Door got broken around 5PM, I called to the company and at 6:15 he was at my house and at 7:30 he was gone. Garage door works like new.)
