Problem with garage door not going down. Sunlight in the eye of the safety motion sensor. John, the tech was very helpful. He also noticed that my rollers are shot and will create problems in my future.

Precision Door was great when we called! Was able to come out and service our door the same day and gave us options as to how to move forward. Best was that the fix was provided at the first visit, no need to reschedule, order parts etc. We were very pleased with Jonathan and how he worked the situation!

The tech was very professional and helpful. However. I have had nothing g but problems with this door. 5 visits is it for repair? I’ve lost 3 appointments. Many hours. It’s not ok. I am asking again for a price reduction. It’s unacceptable what has transpired so far.
