James Myer was the technician who came out first to access the damage and make temporary repairs until my new garage door was available. He thoroughly explained all of my options to me. Jesse Franco was the second technician who came out and installed my new garage door. He was very professional and did an excellent job, making sure everything was working correctly and I was happy with the way it turned out before he left.
