Well Benjamin could not find any fault with the operation of the door but there was a lot of fault this morning when it took me over 5 attempts to get the door to stay open so I could get my car out of the garage and then 10 attempts to finally get the door closed this morning. But....apparently that was an isolated incidence not to de duplicated as Benjamin gave it his all to replicate the issue but to no avail. Benjamin was wonderful and extremely professional and I thank he and Precision of San Diego for their always excellent response time and work.

I have a 1/3 Hp Lift master garage door opener. It appears that my garage door opener ‘s rubber track was worn out and that was reason for my garage door not operating properly. Your service technician has recommended to replace the entire garage door opener with estimated cost of about $900. I was told by an other garage door service company that only the worn out rubber track need to be replaced. If this recommendation was true then you should reimburse me your $95 visit charge. Good technician Worked quicky and efficiently Pricing needs to be more transparent There was an extra $89.95 on my bill that was not discussed- also a random $15 charge too. There was another $100 for a bearing never mentioned when I called either.
