I don't know what the service person's name was, I don't remember if he introduced himself. The service call was through my home warranty company. I had a couple of questions about the garage door not working properly. The technician was not friendly. After an initial miscommunication, I apologized for being unclear then tried to explain what the problem was. He was quick to tell me the problem was not covered under my warranty. When I tried discussing what the solution might be, he said "So now you're telling me how to do my job." The whole experience rattled me. The technician didn't even leave any paperwork to sign. It seems to me the technician was only interested in collecting an easy service call fee and not interested in customer service or helping me with my problem. I was willing to pay for any work that was not covered under warranty, but the conversation didn't get that far. The whole appointment was less than 10 minutes. I wasn't going to write this review, but I need someone to come out and look and the door again as the problem persists and was thinking about the terrible service I received from Precision.
