Ben was amazing. The issue stems from the feeling of a bait and switch. I was very clear with your call center about what I wanted and the pricing. I then proceeded to verify that option was an option that was carried on the truck for same day install. Ben understood my frustration and made a few calls. The option was made to me for the matching price with a better unit so this was good. I went ahead and upgraded almost entirely for the trust and advice given by Ben. I ended up paying over 800 dollars when I was lead to believe the entry level door opener was 389.

It cost more than $1,000 to repair but the problem recurred within couple days. I have to wait for more than 2 days to get service. To be clear, i am a very unhappy customer!
