Monte was great, very professional and knowledgeable, sharing with me additional problems with my garage door opener which occurred during the original installation (i'm guessing 19 yrs ago!). He installed a new connector and tightened up the spring so hopefully that will take care of my problem of not being able to open the door with my remote.

Diego saw a problem with our 2013 Precision motor which he replaced with an improved model. We received full cost credit toward the new motor due to the lifetime warranty. Diego pointed out the new features to be aware of with the new motor. My husband and I are pleased with the result and door operation. This was the second visit we have had with Diego. Monte is as patient as the come...the springs on my door became a challenge and instead of stressing an not working on different options, he was calm and worked though the issues and now the door is back to 100% Thanks Monte, your the best!

Chris showed up on time, did a great job. Helped me help him by moving all kinds of stuff out of the way (above and beyond the job) so that he could get the work done right the first time. The repair would have been delayed by at least a month because of personal circumstances had he not helped me. The garage door is quieter and working like a charm. The reason for the lack of 5 stars is NOT because of Chris. It's because they came out about 3 years ago to replace the springs, change out the pull chord and the track but I couldn't find the receipt and they said they don't have the work on file. Today, I was told that NOW they only email receipts. After the work was complete today, I received an email but the receipt was not attached. It wasn't until I emailed them requesting a receipt that I received the receipt. Obviously, I lost the receipt the first time but the fact that it's not in their file is upsetting. Now if anything breaks that they fixed prior to today it's on me. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS.
