Our heavy, wooden, two-stall garage door came off it's tracks and ended up wedged between them. Although late in the afternoon, Monte was dispatched to our home at the same price as a regularly scheduled service call. As getting the multi-hundred pound door un-wedged and back in its tracks turned out to be a two person job, Monte called Jon - who had already completed his last call of the day and was headed home - for assistance. Monte and Jon did an outstanding job of getting the door back in its tracks, reconnecting/resetting the springs, and replacing all the damaged fittings. Great experience from dispatch until Monte and Jon completed the job. I've added Precision Door Service to my address book and will definitely use them again.

I continue to be happy with the service I get from Precision. They perform annual tune ups on my garage door system and they changed my spring in the past. Today, my garage door opener stopped working. Precision gave me an appointment for an estimate within an hour. Diego came to assess the situation and was able to quickly solve the problem with some minor adjustments. He was early, courteous and gave me an estimate for a door opener should it fail in the future. He fixed my door opener and didn’t charge me. I will happily recommend Precision to friends and family.

About 9 pm I came home and opened the Garage door with the remote in my car. The door only raised 1/2 way and stopped. I called and someone actually answered making an appointment for 8-10 this morning. Service man arrived at 8:15. Turned out to be adjustments to spring and wire on side was all that was needed. Fixed to perfection and left about 9 am. I could not have ask for better service in any area . Ben Harbour was very knowledgeable, throw, polite and fast.
