I called Precision Garage Door to come out and repair my door. The electric eye sensors were not properly working which caused the door to not close. Their response was amazingly fast, with an appointment just 2 hours after my call. The technician (Jonathon) called a half hour before the scheduled time and said he was running ahead and could he come early. Nice communication. After he got here he diagnosed the problem in a couple of minutes. He gave me a couple different repair options, giving the cost of each to kelp my decision. I opted for new parts which he had on his truck and installed within a few minutes. Then he inspected the rest of the door components, tightening the springs and lubing the moving parts. He tested the door and we were done. Jonathon was very professional and friendly. He definitely knows his job! The job was done quickly and for a fair price. There was no "upselling" which is an aspect of service that I hate. Kudos to Jonathon and Precision Garage Door. I will use them in the future. There's nothing better than the feeling you were treated fairly by a service company.

Mark Davidson, field manager, came to our home to look at an existing garage door that was not keeping the heat out. We thought we needed a new door since heat was entering through the windows on the existing door. Mark suggested we keep the door but add window tint to keep the heat out. Hopefully, this will take care of the problem. Mark was very personable and professional. If we do decide to get a new door, he will get a call!

First, this is my second door/motor from precision. The first one, 14 years ago, was so banged up from kids/bikes/cars that it really wasn’t fixable. Estimate person came quickly and was knowledgeable abt the need. Long wait for door to come in but looks very nice. I would recommend Precision. Now for the cons: Less than a year old, started making cracking sound. Same day technician came and adjusted the rail which he said was bent. A couple of weeks later started making same sound only worse. Second technician came quickly and said house settling putting stress on rail said unfixable. When questioned he said he’d try. Said fixed. We’ll see…
