First off, I was so surprised that someone answered the phone so early inn. Saturday. With that in mind, I was surprised that anyone was available for service on a Saturday at all. Josh arrived on time and could not have been nicer! I give you all A plus for service! Thank you thank you thank you! I will request Josh from this point forward if I need additional service!

Called frantically because our garage door broke at 10 o clock at night, and they were able to get me an appointment the next day. Josh Jackson was our technician,he was prompt,thorough, professional and super quick! Extremely knowledgeable and made sure we had safe options to chose from. Answered all of our questions and took care of our garage door as if it was his own. Will definitely recommend to others and we will use this company from now on.

Hello, I had two new garage doors installed. Tech was courteous and efficient and I am pleased with the doors. I paid in full for tinted glass with Arched Thames. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that the Arched Thame inserts were missing and did not get installed. I will now have to contact customer service to find out where they are and when they will be installed. Thanks

Gabriel Angulo did a fantastic job replacing my garage door. The major concern was the track causing so many other issues with the door failing. Gabriel completed the installation on a timely manner. Gabriel was very professional and thorough in response to my questions. The sound of my old garage door was similar to a freight train but now it is so quiet. I called to repair my garage door I called precision and spoke to the owner Larry he new exactly what was needed plus they had the opener and springs in stock. The Tech James arrived when he said he would. He installed the springs and bar first and then a jack opener by lift master. He was very professional then Bruce came by To help finish my install. Wow I can open my garage door from a remote I close it the dead bolt snaps in place and My door is secure. James also helped me get the app setup on my phone and now I can open and close my door with my Smartphone. Bruce installed my light in an are I chose he also installed this great digital display push button and sensor. When I walk in my garage the light comes on this is a super bright Led light. This company and there team are obviously The best in their field in all aspects. They are the company I will recommend . Thank You all for he best service beyond my expectations.

My garage door spring bar broke last night. Called Precision around 1 a.m. and got a service technician to come by around 8 a.m.. James was very friendly and professional and he got the job done in less than an hour! He also helped me out with adjusting my garage door motor and it's mounting position so it can function more efficiently. Great service from James and he explained everything I needed to know about the warranty on the springs. I would highly recommend Precision to my friends and family! Thanks James!

We had to call back as the door would not open after being installed. After demanding that I speak to a manager, Josh came out that evening and said he must have hit a breaker causing the door not to,open. Today I went to leave and one of the remotes doe not work. Called and reported this and customer rep said she would have Josh call me... no call back all afternoon! This was not a good experience at all. We have had a service tech out and spent $600 about 4 months ago and now another $800...but the service is very poor! Will anyone call me about a remote that is part of what I just spent $800 on....I certainly hope so, am waiting to see.
