I called to schedule an appt for tech to come out expecting a 5-7 day lead time, was surprised they were able to come out the next day. Tech called ahead of time to provide ETA, showed up at time promised, even early which was perfect. Casen (hope I spelled that correctly) was very professional and courteous, I showed the door and opener that was over 20 years old and NEVER had service done. We knew the spring was broken. Casen provided me with 3 separate repair quotes and explained them all clearly. I am happy with my new motor, spring, rollers, and hardware. oh, and also new keypad and car remotes! we love how quiet the door open and closes. I have already recommended Precision doors to my family. Thank you for such prompt service and pricing was within my expected budget range.

Jon Topping came out to see what could be done in my garage to accommodate a piece of equipment we plan to install. Jon had a solution almost immediately, and let me know he had designed similar plans in other's garages. Chalk on up for experience. Jon is also very knowledgeable about the design he was proposing. I, of course, had to ask questions about the proposed plan. Jon knew the answers. He gets 5 stars because he knew what to do and why to do it.
