Our garage door lift (from 2001) was not working all of a sudden and the bottom of this double garage door was falling apart. We just moved into this home, and we didn't want to invest in an expensive new door. (We just replaced one on the home we sold so we knew the cost). Ariel Zamora immediately came over the same day we called, inspected our situation and gave us our options. He was ready to go with all the parts on his truck if we wanted to take care of it in this visit--and we did. He was able to repair the bottom of the door, so it closes all the way now with no gaps for critters to come visit. Installed all new springs and hardware, new lift with outdoor keypad and 2 remotes. The whole job took a little over 2 hours and we could not be more pleased. The garage door opens so quietly now and the new system is way better than the one we installed in the home we sold and was way more affordable. They also offer very good service call hours if you need them for anything. Thank you Ariel!!

Called Precision for my broken spring… customer service was great help me right away. Texted me when my technician is coming, even the technician called that his on his way. Ariel Zamora did a good job replacing my springs and kinda tumed up my garage door , very honest told me right away that my garage has a warranty no b.s. … took care of it right away he has a good work ethic . We were unable to open our garage door due to broken door springs. I called A Garage Door And Gate store and they had several available appointments for the same day and were very flexible with my availability. Josh Jackson, the service technician, came to my residence at the beginning of the schedule window, was courteous, and provided an explanation for the quote provided. The job took longer than expected due to the age of the residence and low ceiling and space available to work around the springs and door track, yet Josh never complained. My garage door and opener have never looked or operated better!! I appreciate Josh's craftsmanship, attention to detail, patience and willingness to answer my questions as a homeowner!

I had a very simple situation with the wall keypad to be re-coded. It was a very easy 1 minute fix. I was upset being charged so much.
