Eldad (Ed) from Precision Garage Door of San Diego did an excellent job. Our main spring broke (lasted 10 years) and he quickly came to fix our twenty year old garage door on a Sunday so we could get our cars out. He carefully explained and showed us the damaged parts (twice). We had the spring, rollers, spools, and bearings replaced. Eldad is one of the nicest people I have ever talked to and I wish him a wonderful future. Thank you Eldad!

Our garage door spring broke late on a Friday night. We called our previous garage door repair company first thing Saturday morning and they told us they couldn't send someone until Monday. We called Precision GDS based on the great reviews and were not disappointed. We had a technician at our house within an hour to do the repair. Mario came to our house promptly and gave us detailed information about the recommended repairs. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Mario finished the replacement of our garage door opener quickly and efficiently. The only thing is that the repairs/replacement were more pricey than we expected. We did appreciate Mario's work and willingness to help us program our cars to operate the garage door. We like the way the new system works and hope that Mario will help us if we have any problems in the future.
