We bought our garage from precision door a few years ago. We were happy with the purchase, and have had no problems since. However our house is under construction and our electrical outlet was cut and tripped the circuit to the garage. So we couldn’t get in. we called precision, and they sent someone to help us right away. Pedro and Josh showed up and were fantastic! They were able to solve our issue in a timely manner. Pedro was thorough, and professional from start to finish.

I stopped by Precision Door Service to get a rough estimate (like I always do when looking to make a major purchase or repair) and Greg gave me a "ballpark" figure right then. He also offered to come out and give actual written estimates for some different options I am considering. We set up a time and he showed up on time. He spent time with me answering my questions and addressing my concerns.
