When we bought the door sensors and digital door opener from your company. We should be taught how to change the door code , it wasn’t fair to charge us $60 . We are retired and it’s hard to pay for coming to our door to complete their duties, we are retired on SSI and it hurts us. I believe you should teach your staff not to charge the customer.
