Josh Jackson came to fix the garage door that I backed into. I called Precision because it was the original door when we changed from a wooden door. The company at that time was in Santee. Josh was a very pleasant person and he was able to fix it. We didn't stay in the garage to watch what he did, but very pleased with his work. When finish we were surprise how good it looked. He also explained what he did. A few months ago we had the springs worked on. We also pleased with his work. We definitely would call again for another door problem. I did already paid Josh with a credit card. I noticed you sent a notice to pay.

Mark was very helpful in explaining the details of the door and opener I wanted to buy. He was also able to move my appointment date up by a day and that made the install date that much sooner.
