Bruce was an absolute pleasure to work with during the whole install. I originally called for help to fix my current motor, but was told it was 15 years old and although he could fix it, problems would regularly occur. He offered comparisons for other motors, but informed me about the lifetime warranty, which sold me right away. Additionally, I unfortunately had another contractor there at the same time, to work on electrical, and Bruce was understanding to let me answer their questions while he did the prep. I highly recommend Bruce for any future installs, great employee and asset to your team!

The repairman was on time, friendly, and explained things as he was working. He was most willing to talk to my daughter by phone to do exactly what we wanted. He seemed to work quite professionly:quickly and with no mess. He explained the remote door openers so my husband and I have no problem opening our doors now. I wish the original installer had been so thoughtful about the installation. I would use this company again should I have the need.
