Bruce was very curtious and informative. He listened to my concern and inspected the doors. Before quoting me any prices he talked with your office and looked for the best options. Bruce gave me three options giving me the pros and cons of each. Unfortunately we could not go with none of the options presented rest assured I will call you when we are ready to replace these doors.

Diego was great. He was early but called first and being early is a bonus. In addition to being polite and friendly, he analyzed the door and gave me estimates for current and future work. He explained why the rollers needed replacing and then he then quickly replaced the rollers and tuned and door and we also kept our distance in respect to the virus. I would gladly use Precision and Diego again.

Bruce was an absolute pleasure to work with during the whole install. I originally called for help to fix my current motor, but was told it was 15 years old and although he could fix it, problems would regularly occur. He offered comparisons for other motors, but informed me about the lifetime warranty, which sold me right away. Additionally, I unfortunately had another contractor there at the same time, to work on electrical, and Bruce was understanding to let me answer their questions while he did the prep. I highly recommend Bruce for any future installs, great employee and asset to your team!

The repairman was on time, friendly, and explained things as he was working. He was most willing to talk to my daughter by phone to do exactly what we wanted. He seemed to work quite professionly:quickly and with no mess. He explained the remote door openers so my husband and I have no problem opening our doors now.
