Ben was great! He checked the unit and let us know how the door's spring tension should work. He then checked the opener and discovered a broken part which he had on hand and was able to fix quickly. He service was quick, professional and also exercised care and sanitary standards as needed to keep the customers and himself safe during his time at our residence.

Jesse did a great job. Very efficient. He was GREAT in the repair...but to get a replacement cost of just the door...will be ultra expensive? I don't need springs or a new motor yet a cost of over $2,000 for a basic white two car garage metal door? Ouch...
