Dustin was great! He was very professional and personable. I was not impressed by the price of a replacement head but that is not his fault. I was charged $164.11 for 15minutes of general maintenance.......I believe this charge is over the top......This includes a senior discount of 10percent...... I asked the technician what he did for that amount of money......He told me he used lubricant and made a few minor adjustments.......He left the garage door open when he left.......I am not happy with this charge and have been a client now for many years.....Please clarify this charge and I am requesting a hard copy sent to my address......Remind the technician that he should be aware of closing the garage door upon his departure....
