So happy I went with Precision when I needed a new garage door opener. The install 2 years ago was perfect and quick! I had it hang up once recently and they came out to check it out the next day. We could not find out what was wrong. He reset it, no charge for the call!!! Great individual showed up and sent me quotes to consider for keeping my 25 year old garage door healthy. Great company!

I previously used Precision and was favorably impressed. Same experience today. I received a call ahead to notify me of arrival time which was within the window. The issue involved replacement of the lifting spring. The door was balanced. Lubrication where needed. The door now operates smoothly. Everything was communicated to me very well.
