I was getting frustrated with my garage opener and called Precision. It was one of the best moves I have ever made and I am 86 years of age. Jim Myer came to put my door in order and after a short period and when the dust settled, my door was working and he tossed in pairing my car to the door. I had been given a quote on a service call but Jim said the job was not great and he would charge nothing. I haven’t seen anyone do something like that for 60 years or so. Gabriel called and arrived earlier than expected! YAY!!! He was friendly, checked out the garage door, asked about the door and the opener, checked our "history" with Precision Doors, and came back with the best news possible: it would be repaired under warranty! YAY again!! He got right to work and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Together we tested it going up and down several times, and oh my!
