The technician is not sure what the problem is. It must be a very weird problem. He is recommending to replace the motor as well as the rollers. My sense is that this might be such a difficult problem that I may need someone else to check it out.

I’m very satisfied despite the fact the both openers were not able to be installed and it’s all due to Matt. Matt was great. He let us know when he would arrive, showed up right on schedule. He communicated what was going on and asked for decisions where needed. He worked incredibly hard to get these openers working. In the end, one was defective and had to be returned. His grit and determination made me willing to use Precision again and willing recommend to others.
