Josh did a good job repairing my garage door. He diagnosed the problem right away and replaced the Springs and door guides with professional quality in a small time frame. Today is 2/26/2022 and it has been over a week since Josh did the work on my garage door and I have not received a hard copy that I requested in the mail yet. Please mail it to me ASAP. I had an estimate done for a new garage door opener. It was free and I appreciate that. Then I was given an estimate. On it was a $89 charge the next time you came out to install the garage door opener. Plus of course motor, labor etc. so basically the estimate was not free as a charge was added on for coming out twice. Decided not to go with Precision.

Our door was becoming very noisy and it only took a second for our technician, David Phillips, to diagnose the problem. While replacing the rollers, which were installed by another company less than 5 years ago, it was obvious that the rollers were poor quality and deteriorating. One of the roller heads was very loose and wobbly. David was efficient and professional and now our garage door opens quietly and smoothly once again! Again, our tech was David Phillips, not Matthew Gisbert.

The service for repairing my broken garage door was excellent! The technician, Ben, was at my home less than 2 hours after my initial call. He even was earlier than our appointment (yes, he checked that it was OK first). We reviewed what absolutely had to be done to make the door operational, what was note essential but would make the system work better, longer, and then gave me a few options for future work on the system. I never felt pressured, but always informed. Now I have a garage door working better than ever!. As a bonus- it is so much quieter now that I actually check to make sure it is closing! ( I am sure my neighbor appreciates that, too). I give Ben and Precision "5 stars"
