Bruce wore his PPE and worked very hard replacing the equipment in very hot conditions in a timely manner. When finished we received a complete training and operational session and Bruce cleaned up.

Tech Gabriel Angulo was on time and prepared to get to work. He conducted a through diagnostic which identified the problem quickly. This was a home warranty service call so it required prior authorization which he was able to secure on the spot. He had the materials needed to change out the old garage door opener with a new opener and battery backup quickly and efficiently. Gabe maintained all appropriate social distancing and pandemic hygiene precautions. I give Gabe 2 thumbs up!
