The technicians, Hollis Durland and his coworker (forgot his name) were very professional. They arrived on time and explained the work that would be performed. After completing installing the garage doors and openers, they explained how to operate and maintain the garage doors. They both do excellent work.

Josh did a great job.He quickly diagnosed the problem. The springs had lost their tension so the opener itself was doing all the work. The door was closing erratically forcing the rollers to bind against the rails thus damaging the rollers. New springs and rollers took care of the problem. Took about 45 minutes and the door works fine. Ed
