I am most pleased. first--the repair man followed directions and arrived on the dot and at my garage door, exactly where I ask him to be. In talking over how the door was behaving, he told me what he thought was going on and we decided the best solution was to replace the opener and the springs and etc. He did not talk me into anything--it was kind of what I had been thinking before he got here.
