The gentleman held to his appointment my biggest complaint was the cost of the key pad. I was not happy with it my other key pad lasted over nine years but the cost of replacement is vey troublesome to me.

I was thrilled at the quick response. My door wouldn't close and I had visions of sleeping in in my car (I am 91 years old with all the problems that come with age) in case someone Came into my garage to burglarize it. A neighbor helped me manually close the door, but first thing in the morning you were there to fix it. Thank you. The employee was wonderful. Knew his job well and was so knowledgeable.
