Note that the service was for balancing the garage door. After a short discussion with him, I was able to convince him the root cause of the problem was that the garage door was not properly balanced instead of the malfunction of the motor board, which was originally suspected. Then He was able to successfully balanced the garage door.

The lower panel of our "20" year old garage door was damaged. I asked that an estimate be drawn for a new panel replacement and/or new garage system as our was 20 years old. We opted for the new garage system and received a 10% trade discount. I was never pressured and in fact asked for the quote for a new garage door system. My experience was 5 stars plus! Mark was never pushy and in fact provided the necessary information (cost-benefit) to make the decision.
