He then fixed one thing within 30 minutes and was able to come back the following day with to complete a new installation of a garage door opener. Henry was very polite and professional and did an excellent job installing our new garage door opener and replacing old bearings. We did have trouble setting up a second user on the App and were kept waiting for almost 1 hr for the MyQ help team to help us solve the problem. As the process is simple once you see how to do it I think the installer should show the customer how to do this as part of the installation process.
