The tech was good to work with and we got the service and goods we were after. However, for just a quick lube job, receiver and remote programming that took minutes, and three remotes worth a fraction of what we paid, the near $400.00 price tag was just too high. I have historically just contacted Precision for my garage door service, but moving forward, I will have to look into DIY options and/or do some comparison shopping.

Matthew arrived on appt. time and trouble shoot my garage door opener.. Found out that one wiring in the motor box came off and not connected.. He replaced the circuit board and problem solved.. Tested the door and everything works perfect.. Good job Matthew .👍

I was pleased that David could get the golf cart garage door open and install a new lock. He asked me if I had any problem with the track as to lifting the door prior to the broken lock. I said that it worked fine as a relative had cleaned the track for me. But I see there is a charge pf $80 for lub and tune. I don't mind that so much, it's the service call charge of $89.95 that he put on my bill that I protest. I told the receptionist I see a Free coupon on your web site (good to today, April 8) & also told David when he arrived that I could not print it off. He took a photo of it on his tablet. I also have a photo I can text you if needed. Please take this charge off my bill. Next time I would insist on seeing an invoice prior to signing & paying.
