PLEASE NOTE THAT, apart from this repair, Precision Door Service installed an external receiver on my garage opener unit, for use with a remote control. This proved unsatisfactory, and I subsequently asked to have the external receiver removed by your technician. This was done, and the external receiver and remote control were returned to the technician. Matt was so awesome. he can out just a few hours after I called the company. He was very informative and professional. He explained various options for us to consider. Our garage door opener was 22 years old. While he could have just fixed the portion that was broken, after speaking with him and thinking about the various options, we chose to replace the motor, rails, springs and remotes. This garage door has never been this quiet. We are so sastified with the service that Matt performed and will recommend Matt and this company to anyone who needs garage door service.
