Henry came to inspect my damaged door. First, he arrived on time and called beforehand to inform me of his arrival. He explained my options including the pros and cons of repairing existing door vs a new door and opener. He did an excellent job with his detailed information for both options. Ben came promptly at 8 am. I told him about the garage door problem and he checked it out. At end of visit I told him about the vacation mode did it work and he said that could very well be the problem. He replaced the unit and felt that would fix the issue. I did not expect to spend as much money with maintenance issues but sense he was there I decided to do now instead of later. I would like an itemization of the entire service please. Also he said he would extend a senior citizen discount.
