Kevin Spratt, you sure train your men well on customer service. It started with Big John, then Matt and today Mario, one of your newest members, who actually topped on service. If done before my Buyer’s inspection, I would have saved $2220 as they had a competitors of your quote them a new door which I ended up paying half of the cost. Can’t blame the Buyer for asking to split the cost on a new door because after the 1st two services ( just under $2000) the main bracket was not attached and a hinge was detaching and 4 of the new rollers were eschew. This last service brought it back to where it should have been…thanks Mario! Mario also saved my confidence in your company but next time you will have to compete for the business. Each service call was done very timely. The door, with all the upgraded hardware is good for another 10 years now!

Yesterday, 9/26/22, Henry came out to our hoe and recoiled my cable back onto the spool and adjustted the side to side alignment and not the door is operational. He was very caring and explained my issues very well. We now have decided Henry come back today to replace our springs with higher tension springs to help offset weight of the door.
