I called because my door is making a popping sound. Unfortunately it did not pop when the tech guy was here and he could not see the problem. He oiled the spring and changed two hinges and I paid alot of money for not much of anything. Now the door is still popping! I would like you to let me know that you have made a note of this so that if something goes wrong related to this popping sound that I do not need to pay again for a service call.
