The mechanic called before he arrived, and was very prompt arriving. He examined the garage door system, and offered several packages to fix the door system and optimize it. We have no cars in the garage and open and close the door infrequently--sometimes only once or twice a week--so we asked him to just adjust the existing equipment, and he agreed to do that. The door seems to be operating properly now. We will keep Precision on file in case of any further work needed. Thank you for your prompt help.

It wasn't broken door spring! The problem was the wall switch wiring and the switch was not mounted correctly to wall. Needed screw anchors in the dry wall to securely mount the switch. Tech adjusted wall switch wiring and added screw anchors in the dry wall. He said the wires were secured to tight.

Precision stands by their product. Had an issue (electrical or electronic) tried a couple logical steps to fix it, but not successful. They came back out and swapped out the head unit. Under warranty. Thanks for the service Precision! Dustin was Great!!
