We had an old genie garage door opener. It worked ok but never knew if it would stay closed. Had many sensors replaced. Decided to upgrade. Met a nice man named Henry which his first name was really hamed. Tech was straightforward with no bs. Gave me options abc. I liked the fact that precision offers a lifetime warranty. You can either choose to limp it along or go with a new system which is what I chose.

Benjamin came by to replace a broken coupler and service our two doors. He was polite and very professional. He was on site for about 45 minutes and completely resolved our broken opener and serviced both doors and wall openers. We paid almost $400 for the repair and service of the two doors. Not cheap, but certainly worth the prompt, knowledgeable service. The only thing I have a concern with is the charge of $169.95 for an $11 part (Liftmaster Coupling Sprocket) which can be found on Amazon for $11? I feel the $90 fee to show up at my home along with the $90 fee to inspect and service two garage doors is fair. The Coupling Sprocket fee seems exorbitant to me. Please advise. Craig

Greg Burnes showed up and listened to what our needs were to replace our 20 plus year old Precision garage door. He heard our hopes offered his advice and gave the confidence to order a new door. He was very friendly and helpful. He checked out all the aspects of the old door and determined what we need for the new one. So now we are ready to get the new one.
