Your technician was great. To set the record straight, our door did not have a broken spring. I was responding to an e-mail and post card I received from your company offering a discount for a periodic tuneup and lubrication. My comment to you is that the e-mail and pot card did not indicate that in addition for a charge for the tune up at a discount but would also cost for a service call so it was not $40+ but was over a Hundred dollars. Like your work but give you a poor grade for your deceptive advertising.

I'm not sure what exactly was replaced, a lot of equipment. Jon Topping was extremely helpful, understanding (I have a broken foot and cannot get down the stairs) and professional. Shout out to Jon!!!!! Precision has always been there when there have been issues (rare).
