Bottom garage door seal was in need of replacing. The tech called in advance, explained that he was on his way, arrived on time, inspected the door and reported that the rollers were wearing out and would be needing to be replaced at some point. It was decided to replace them so he efficiently & quickly replaced the seal and rollers. Our tech was Jon and would recommend him very highly.

Josh was professional and you could tell he knew what he was doing. It took time for him to find the "learn" button on the front gate, but he did not give up until he found where that small button was. I didn't know where it was. My wife always programed the gate openers. But she passed away last summer, so I had to rely on Josh. Now I know. I was surprised he was able to complete the job the same night he came to make the inspection. The door is one thing less I don't have to worry about. I don't leave anything on Facebook.
