Tech was knowledgeable and explained all options. I had questions on updating my other garage door motor and gane me options I really liked going to be doing it in a few weeks. We are going out of town for 3 weeks upon return we are getting a motor for my other garage door and upgrading the track as well. He cleaned up everything and explained what was done and options that can be done at a later date as well. He was courteous professional and very friendly. Great experience I’ll continue to use precisión doors. And will recommend to everyone.

My garage door was repaired today by two of your employees with names of Hollis and Logan. They called me with a 30 minute notice of arrival time as promised and arrived precisely in the promised 30 minutes. The wore their masks all the time they were here and were nicely and cleanly dressed. The replacement of my damaged panel was quickly and professionally replaced. They discovered the windows had been installed incorrectly at the factory, which they quickly corrected and the panel was installed in minutes. They performed safety checks, lubricated the parts requiring lubrication, made some adjustments and even cleaned my existing panels. You should recognize them as excellent employees. Lee Herzog

Jon Topping came out to see what could be done in my garage to accommodate a piece of equipment we plan to install. Jon had a solution almost immediately, and let me know he had designed similar plans in other's garages. Chalk on up for experience. Jon is also very knowledgeable about the design he was proposing. I, of course, had to ask questions about the proposed plan. Jon knew the answers. He gets 5 stars because he knew what to do and why to do it.
