Dustin was great. He came out on a Sunday (next day service) and fixed our broken cables, and we decided to also replace the old springs and rollers and go with the lifetime warranty. Their product was better than what was previously installed so why keep replacing the springs every 5 years like we have been doing. We are happy and safe. I still can’t figure out why you charge twice for the service fee. You had already found the problem on the first day. You missed the appointment to install on the second day and where late on the day the job was done. The tech was fine and did a good job but the 2 time service fee seems excessive.
