I worked with James and Eric to install an opener on a single garage door. They showed up bright and early (right on time!), explained my options to me for types of motors and remotes, quoted me, and installed the opener right then and there. It was so easy to work with them, and the new motor is so quiet! I'm very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

We wanted a more quiet door because the grandkids sleep right over the garage for their naps. The old chain opener was loud and vibrated. I told Josh if he could install a new system to be as quiet as our neighbors (which Jos installed years ago) I'd buy it. He looked at our door, and said he could do it and we'd be happy.......... Well he was right it's perfect, just what we wanted. Josh was awesome, dis what he said and was a very pleasant guy and a good representative for Precision.
