Eric came out to find out why my garage door wouldn't close. Of course, when he got there, it was working fine. He made sure everything was adjusted properly and that there weren't any issues with my door while he was there, and suggested that the sensor might be getting affected by the angle of the sun. Eric was extremely professional and helpful while he was here for the repair. I was expecting to have to pay for the service visit, but he told me there was no charge, which was really appreciated. This is the second time I have used Precision Doors, the first time being installation of the new roll up door, and this is the second time I have received such exceptional service. I won't even consider calling anyone else should I need service or a replacement in the future, and you can bet I am telling all my friends and neighbors to use you should they need work done on their doors.
