I was so amazed at James Myers...He was able to solve the garage door screeching sound in a matter of minutes...He really knows his job....He was so understanding of me and very polite...He explained everything in detail of what was wrong and what it would take to fix the problem....I'm deaf in one ear and very hearing impaired in the other ear...He was understanding and spoke loud enough so I could hear him.... What I love about Precision Garage Door Service is they stand behind their work.... Thank, Darlene Whitehead

Had a new Liftmaster Elite Series Wi-Fi garage door opener installed....Josh Jackson did a great job on the installation....Have to get use to new garage door....Note: I don't have Wi-Fi...

Josh was great in explaining everything that needed to be done...Very professional and courteous...I was so happy he got to my house early and called prior to arriving....My door got off track at 2:30AM and I couldn't close it....I was hoping someone could had come at that time, but was told no one was available....So I stayed up all night worried if someone would come in the garage....Needless to say I was so happy when Josh arrived and fixed my garage...Thank you Josh for fixing my garage door. at least I will get some sleep tonight....
