Logan is very professional. He is efficient and having examined the door to get an overview of the operating conditions of the garage door and operator, he proceeded to rectify the defect which affected the door operation. The work involves the installation of an operator bracket. I am most pleased that he does not attempt to sell unwanted services (scare tactic sale) as some outfits tried to do. On the whole, I am pleased with the professionalism, efficiency, friendliness and honesty exhibited by Logan. He has all the attributes of an exemplary employee, representing the company well to the consumer market. In so doing, he adds to the company brand equity, reputation and adds value to the organization. I will recommend Logan and the company to others.
