Your technician, Jon Topping, was fast, efficient, and personable. He was in the area and called me first to see if it was okay for him to arrive early. He showed me how to get the Remote Key Pad cover plate off (not show nor identified in the owner's manual) and what tool to use (#1 Philip's head screw driver) so I could fix it in the future (replace AAA batteries).

Josh was great. Came late in the day and worked diligently replacing the springs and rollers then tuning and balancing the door. He was polite, courteous and professional. Even though it was well into the evening he stayed until things worked right and the job was complete. I would recommend both him and his company for your garage door service.
